From $300 to $450
Come and learn the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method in a fundamentals four hour workshop- breathwork, cold immersion and mindset in the beautiful natural surrounds of a forest by the sea. Ice bath under a canopy of pine trees, sink your bare feet into mossy undergrowth and breath the fresh forest air.
Take the time for a deep dive, with more time to explore the connection with nature and each other.
Stay overnight in retreat house accomodation, take leisurely bush walks, swim at sunrise at the lagoon (private access) and enjoy self-catered meals around the campfire.
