Workshop26 – Kimba’s Creative Quarter

Shopping and Markets

Workshop26 is a truly unique experience, a must-do on your Eyre Peninsula visit or Nullarbor crossing.

A not-for-profit collective created by amazing rural women, this collection of ‘shipping container shops’ in an abandoned main street garage and warehouse space is truly something that will stay with you long after you’ve left.

Home to ten micro-businesses each founded by local women; makers, collectors and creatives.

Grab a barista-made coffee and watch the resident potter at work at the wheel, the soap maker slicing freshly made bars of soap for you to take home, the candle maker lining her shelves with the latest fragrances. Meet local people and shop vintage wares, preserves and produce, garden and homewares, health foods and more.
