A hosted tour of Knappstein premium vineyards, exploring the unique terroir and ancient soils from the region. Featuring Knappstein distinguished vineyards and focusing on Riesling, Shiraz & Cabernet, guests will be part of a multi sensorial and interactive experience.

Visit our iconic vineyards at the base of the Dunn’s ranges for a panoramic view. Learn about our terroir history and the vines that produce our Single site wines.

Taste estate grown wines while in the vineyard showcasing Riesling, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon

Finish the tour with a seasonal grazing lunch, whilst taking in panoramic views of the vineyards.

Our blending experience lets you be a winemaker for the day with our interactive experience hosted by our winemaking and cellar door team.

Offered on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s, our wine blending session is a hands-on experience taking you through the art of winemaking before being unleashed to create your own master red wine blend. Weekend session will be available on request.

The experience includes: a welcome drink on arrival; 45 Minute interactive winemaking class finishing with a private tasting of the Knappstein range in our cellar door.

Held in the original Enterprise Brewery building circa 1878 you will learn about the history of our heritage listed property and how it was transformed from a working brewery to a winery. You will then be guided through the process of wine blending, get tasting tips from our team and learn about what makes our region so unique.
