Lions Park

Parks and Gardens

Lions Park is a spacious lawn park is dotted with impressive gum trees. There are barbecue facilities and a shelter, along with nearby toilets and a playground. The main feature of the park is the large River Red Gum known as the Tree of Knowledge. The flood levels are posted along the tree’s trunk, providing a guide on how high the Murray River was at various points in history.
