Monarto Safari Park
Things To Do Monarto, Murray Bridge, South Australia
Spanning over 1,500 hectares, Monarto Safari Park’s vast expanse of South Australian outback is transformed into African wild plains where giraffe, lion, hyena and even rhinos roam alongside native and endangered animals.
The safari park is the largest in Australia and with the opening of our new Wild Africa precinct, will become the largest safari experience in the world outside of Africa.
Just a 50-minute drive from Adelaide and only 15 minutes from the Murray River, Monarto Safari Park is home to one of Australia’s largest lion prides and the most successful giraffe breeding program in Australia.
Experience the wild
With over 50 species of native and African animals, a visit to Monarto Safari Park brings species and their stories to life! Come face to face with a giraffe, feel the throaty roars of lions reverberate through your chest and see a rhino crash roam and wallow during one of our unique Animal Experiences.
