Piccadilly Valley Trail

Food and Wine Tours

The Piccadilly Valley is the cradle of the modern Adelaide Hills wine region, with the first vineyard planted in 1979. A very small number of wineries are actually established and producing their wines in the Piccadilly Valley.

Visit these five iconic Piccadilly Valley wineries, purchase a bottle from each and collect a stamp to receive a complimentary set of two Riedel Pinot glasses.

For over 150 years the Wotton family have worked productive, rolling farm land at Uraidla in the Adelaide Hill’s picturesque Piccadilly Valley. In 1994, the first wine grapes were planted in fertile soils previously used for fruit growing and market gardening. Since this time, the Wotton family have dedicated their focus on producing the highest quality cherries and wine grapes. After 25 years of growing vines and supplying premium cool climate fruit, the Wotton Family have decided to keep some specially selected, small parcels, of the very best fruit for use in our own label.
