With 4 Chefs on our books, all coming from from various backgrounds and nationalities, we bring your cooking experience to life with an amazing variety of cuisines. Jenette Goh – originally from Singapore, qualified Pastry Chef (previously from Chloe’s here in Adelaide). Alon Alazraki – from Israel, trained as a Cordon Bleu Chef in Sydney, has worked in Fine Dining Restaurants in Sydney & Melbourne. Trevor Fernandez – Born in India – Internationally recognised for training 1500 chefs per year for one of the big Ocean Liner Companies and Kate Williamson – Ex Restaurant owner and head chef at West End Cafe.

Our Tasting Australia program is about bringing together producers and artists to show off the best of their craft. In each class you will meet the winemaker, the brewer and the chef whilst making a delicious modern menu of 5 unique dishes. White Craft focuses on white wines, beers, and proteins – Stuffed whole baked snapper, caramelised pork belly fennel and orange salad, chicken yakitori with basil pesto, parmesan crisps, and grilled pineapple w/ house made vanilla ice cream.
In each class you will get wine and beer tastings, discounts on bulk wine purchases and a gourmet 4 course meal.
