There’s plenty to see, do and taste at Seppeltsfield Barossa and the best way to do it all is on one of their specially crafted tours that mixes heritage, history and wine.

The only winery in the world to release a 100 year old Vintage Tawny (port). Seppeltsfield offers a Centenary Tour, where you get to experience the taste of a wine 100 years old.

The Centennial Cellar is home to an unbroken lineage of wine dating back to 1878 to today. Experience a Taste Your Birth Year direct from barrel when visiting Seppeltsfield.

Regular Daily Heritage tours are scheduled. Bookings are desirable and necessary for some tours as indicated.

Our Taste Your Birth Year tour offers the rare opportunity for visitors to try their own birth year vintage Tawny, direct from the barrel. Join one of our wine educators in the renowned Centennial Cellar and sip on a wine as old (or young…) as you are.

The ultimate tour at Seppeltsfield, the Centenary Tour is a once in a lifetime experience. Visit the Seppelt family homestead, followed by a private tasting of super premium fortified wines. The tour culminates in the 1878 Centennial Cellar, where you will taste your birth year Tawny (direct from the barrel) as well as the legendary 100 year old Para Vintage Tawny.

Operates: daily by appointment. Duration: one hour. Minimum two, maximum 10 guests.

Learn of the early pioneering spirit of the Seppelt family and their profound influence on the Australian Wine Industry. A must do while you are in the Barossa!
