100% hands-on cooking classes are what we’re all about – getting you in the kitchen preparing healthy, fresh, tasty meals that you can easily recreate at home!

Firstly you watch us prepare a dish, then you cook the same recipe from start to finish at your own bench, before moving into the dining room to enjoy your hard work matched to a glass of South Australian wine.

All Sprout classes are released seasonally. We focus on recipes that highlight fresh, healthy and seasonal produce.

This class is 100% focused on inspiring you to use seasonal, local produce. Cheese board and coffee on arrival at Sprout and then off to Adelaide Central Market where we select produce and return to our kitchen to prepare a feast!

Bus transport from Sprout – to the central market – back to Sprout, is included.

Once at the Market we will select the best seasonal ingredients for our recipes. Along the way we’ll discuss how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and we will sample some of our favourite products from the Adelaide Central Market.

We will then head back to Sprout and use our fresh produce to create some tasty dishes! Market to Plate is an educational and sensory experience through one of Adelaide’s most iconic food destinations.

This is Sprout’s signature class and exactly what Sprout is all about – healthy, tasty meals that are super quick and easy enough to dish up any night of the week.

First launched in 2011, this is what we love teaching and clearly what you love eating!

If you need some fresh mid-week meal inspiration and recipes that pack a flavour punch but don’t require hours in the kitchen, then this class is perfect for you.

The recipes in this class will definitely become part of your mid-week favourites and the simple kitchen tips that you’ll learn will save you hours in the kitchen, allowing you to spend more time doing the things you love.

At Sprout we pride ourselves on our hands-on cooking classes however in recent years our fresh healthy catering has also become super popular.

Our “Seasonal Dinner” is where we do the hard work, and entertain you whilst you sit back, relax and enjoy the spoils!

We’ll transform our kitchen into an impressive dining space, then will demonstrate and serve five delicious dishes showcasing the best of South Australia’s fresh, local, seasonal produce, paired with South Australian wines.
