The Watervale Hotel is a farm fresh to plate restaurant in a casual Pub in the heart of the Clare Valley Wine region. We source produce from a number of local farms, including our own organic, bio-dynamic vegetable, fruit, nut berry, herb and leaf farm operated to permaculture principles.
In addition to our daily a la carte or tasting menus, extensive wine list that showcases Clare Valley diversity, and beautifully renovated private, casual and formal dining spaces; the Watervale Hotel offers an expanding range of experiences.
Our premier experience is the Six Senses Penobscot Farm Tour followed by a six course degustation dinner.
We also offer cocktail classes that include utilisation of herbs from our kitchen gardens.
We are planning cooking demonstrations and schools, but require a relaxation of covid restrictions before we can execute these.
Priority for experience booking is given to Watervale Hotel Guesthouse guests, so we encourage you to book accommodation first, then tour and dining experiences.
