It’s taken 170 years for this date to arrive..
The sumptuous luncheon includes canapes, along with an array of locally produced dishes by ASH Catering . Menu includes 12-hour roast pork belly with whiskey apple sauce and pickled mustard seed salsa, Atlantic salmon with miso, cucumber and pickled daikon and slow cooked beef rump with chimichurri and smoked bone jus. Served with charred pumpkin, goat’s curd with seeds and grains, Nana’s roast potatoes with French onions, garlic and thyme and broccolini with miso, chilli and fried onions. Finished off with a delectable selection of desserts perfectly accompanied by our fortified wines.
You will also be among the very first people to taste our new range of premium wines to be launched at this event, including Sevenhill 27 Miles Riesling, Sevenhill Spire’s Lament Viognier, Sevenhill Quarry Road Cabernet Malbec, Sevenhill Thatch & Clay Touriga, Sevenhill Open Range Grenache and of course our flagship Br John May Reserve Release Shiraz. Each new wine in this range tells us a story in the long history of Sevenhill Cellars.
