2022 AFL Masters National Carnival

Adelaide will host the 39th AFL Masters National Carnival from Saturday 24th September to Sunday 2nd October, 2022. It’s the first time Adelaide has hosted the National Carnival since 2014.

The AFL Masters National Carnival is the largest mass participation football event in Australia with an estimated 60 teams across all eight Australian States and Territories spreads across 7 age divisions for Men (from 35s to over 65s) and 2 age divisions for Women (over 35s and over 40s).

The Local Organising Committee have put together a tremendous calendar of off-field events for participants during the week including a high tea at the Adelaide Oval, day trips to the wineries and an event at an amusement theme park for kids of all ages & sizes. The AFL Masters National Carnival starts with an opening Race Day event at Morphettville Racecourse and concludes with the gala presentation night at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Matches throughout the week are being played at West Adelaide’s Richmond Oval, Phos Camden FC and at the West Beach Parks Complex.
