Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition Final

The Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition is the most prestigious guitar competition in the Southern Hemisphere. Taking place annually, the Adelaide International Classical Guitar Competition has already provided career-launching opportunities for six incredible young guitarists:

2012 – Andrey Lebedev (Australia)
2014 – Bogdan Mihailescu (Romania)
2016 – Marko Topchii (Ukraine)
2018 – Miles Johnston (Australia)
2019 – Andrew Blanch (Australia)
2020 – Pietro Locatto (Italy)

First Prize includes $10,000 (AUD), a coveted Jim Redgate guitar valued at $23,000 (AUD), and a concert engagement at an upcoming Adelaide Guitar Festival.

The final concert performance is a free, public event and will take place 24 July in the Space Theatre. Registration is required.
