Pairing enticing canapés with our alternative style wines, commencing with our Rosedale Road Rosé, TSS blend, Risk Taker Tempranillo and Small Block Montepulciano. Sit back and relax as Tony journeys through the historical “Story of Pindarie”, while Head Chef Derek Salmon from “The Cellar Kitchen” creates a grand Mediterranean feast shared with our iconic Black Hinge Shiraz and Tempranillo wines from the cellar.
