14 Aug 2021 to 15 Aug 2021 Once Only Event
Join 100 Barossa Artists for an afternoon of grapevine charcoal burning, mark-making, drawing, bienenstich, stout and shiraz. Immerse yourself in creativity with fellow artists. Make, create and play with Barossa Grapevine Charcoal, where the old shiraz charcoal is sourced in the vineyard.
This a hands on workshop exploring charcoal as a natural art product and is an opportunity to see and experience the process from the vineyard to the canvas. You will have time to play with your own Barossa Grapevine charcoal kit. Renowned artists Roland Weight and Renee de Saxe will be on hand to guide your charcoal mark making and drawing, as we talk art, and enjoy beinenstich, stout and shiraz around the fire.
