The Base Skills for Women Course will teach you the fundamental skills of mountain biking that will act as the building blocks of your development as a rider. Whether you are a beginner who is just starting out in the sport or have been riding difficult trails for years, this course will cover basic skills that will enable you to advance your technique further, faster and safer.
This women’s course is derived from our Base Skills program and has been adapted to better suit the needs of women in the sport of mountain biking.
The Base Mountain Bike Skills for Women course is designed for:
Women who are relatively new to mountain biking and have some experience riding off road
More experienced riders who want to consolidate the basics, enabling them to unlock advanced techniques
We focus on:
* Body Position
* Braking Technique
* Riding Actively
* Front & Rear Wheel Lifts
3 sessions – each 2 hours long
