FireFeast by Gastronomo Dining

FireFeast is an exhilarating dining adventure that features two chefs, a winemaker, a bonfire, flaming cocktails, and a 6-course banquet set inside a historic shearer’s hut made for sugar gum trees.

Lit by flickering candlelight, each progressive tasting course showcases the best of Kangaroo Island’s local and foraged produce that only a local knows how to find!

Your evening will be hosted by Adelaide chef Alana Brabin, Rose Kentish (from Full Circle Spirits), and The Enchanted Fig Tree’s event producer Nick Hannaford. Together, the trio bring the theatre of interactive dining to life as they cook, smoke, and flame each tasting course from an impressive fire pit.

You will also be the first to sample the release of Full Circle’s stunning Scorched Fig Liqueur, made from Kangaroo Island figs grown on the property.

Each course is accompanied by premium wines and liqueurs that have been hand-selected from the private cellars of Kangaroo Island and SA best winemakers.

FireFeast celebrates banquet dining, a mystery course under the stars, and the sharing of food and conversation – it’s not an event for the faint-hearted.
