Forage, Flavour, Feast. [A Little More Barossa]

Food and Wine

23 Aug 2021 Once Only Event

Join Hentley Farm’s Executive Chef Clare Falzon, as she guides you through a masterclass highlighting the exceptional natural flavours of the locally grown and foraged produce she has the privilege of working with.

In this intimate, hands on session you will explore the amazing flavour characteristics of the produce she has foraged herself, and that of the farmers she works closely with. You will discuss the cooking styles that best suit each ingredient and be delighted by some surprising wine pairing discoveries.

With your taste buds suitably tantalised, a four course menu, complete with wine pairings, prepared by the Hentley Farm kitchen team will await.

A little more Barossa a food and wine festival serves up a series of enticing events through August with everything from long lunches, degustation picnics, masterclasses and workshops, mystery picnics and self-discovery food journeys at wineries, cellar doors, restaurants, cafes and dedicated workshop hubs. Ignite your senses as you uncover new experiences, new tastes and new flavours during a month long celebration and showcase of Barossa’s wine and food, the people and their stories.
