A unique cooking lesson with menu based around the wood fired grill, richly flavoured with river red gum, curated by Chris Glouftsis Head Chef of the Port Admiral Hotel and operator of Feed My Friends catering at Rosenvale Vineyards. With Rosenvale’s selected wines to complement this epic lesson in fire. Participants will learn the art of the wood fired grill while enjoying a three-course meal paired with Rosenvale’s selection of matched wines.
