This monthly Mindful Eating and Living workshop helps you find freedom in your relationship with food and be in charge of your body, your life, your way.
Each month, the content varies to work with the season and the ever-changing circumstances of the times and in our lives.
You will learn to combine yoga, mindfulness and intuitive eating to achieve your PEAK state of well being.
You will learn:
-How to care for your mind, body and spirit
-How to replace self-criticism with self-nurturing
-How to use hunger and fullness scale to guide your eating
-How to resolve stress eating or emotional eating
-How to move for well being
-How to regain freedom from worrying about food, body and weight
Mindful eating workshop facilitator, Queenie, is a qualified yoga instructor and nutritionist to guide you through our holistic learning process.
This workshop includes:
– Gentle mindful yoga class (suitable for anyone-chairs available)
– Guided meditation
– Delicious and nutritious light lunch
– Nutrition handouts and discussion on Mindful Eating
