AN INDULGENT WEEKEND OF OYSTERS, COCKTAILS & DELICIOUS LOCAL FOOD.
Kicking off in the evening of Friday July 22nd and running until Sunday the 24th, Oyster Palooza is a celebration of the incredible local food and drink from our home on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
This mollusc menagerie will be the inaugural Oyster Palooza held at our Chalk Hill Distillery Door with the festival celebrating the peak of the season when Pacific oysters are at their finest.
Featuring fresh South Australian Oysters from Kangaroo Island Shellfish and Coffin Bay oysters from Gazander, the event promises to hit the mark for those partial to a local bivalve.
Guests can choose from a range of ticketed events across the three day event. From indulgent masterclasses with caviar and crostinis or bottomless oysters and pinsas to casual weekend seatings on the exclusive Oyster Deck, there’s a perfect oyster experience for everyone – but get in quick as some events are extremely limited!
