There’s a beach sunset – and then there’s a beach sunset enjoyed while sipping craft beer inside a bespoke barbecue smoke house. Get ready to experience it at the Stamford Hotel’s Grand Bar, which will house a live smoker on its deck for this Winter Series event.
Executive chef Darren Greenwood will be at work all day to ensure fine meats from across South Australia are slowly cooked to perfection. The evening wouldn’t be complete without Pikes craft beer – made in the stunning Clare Valley – which will complement the smoky flavours. The label’s sales and marketing director Jamie Pike will be on hand to discuss the range.
Your winter feast will feature a full plate of mixed barbecue South Australian meats – including beef brisket, Clare Valley pork neck and chicken wings – with house-made barbecue sauce and slaw, a Pikes craft beer paddle flight and live entertainment. A selection of Clare Valley beverages will also be available to purchase.
