Today the festival is led by Jock Zonfrillo and Simon Bryant with Cheong Liew as patron, and as of the country’s longest-running food and wine festivals, Tasting Australia has evolved with the industry and continues to offer innovative events and indulgent adventures.
2018’s program includes charters to South Australia’s premium foodie destinations with Tasting Australia Airlines, indulgent dinners by world-class chefs at the Glasshouse Kitchen; and Masterclasses in wine, beer and spirits curated by East End Cellars. With over 130 events to choose from, there’s sure to be something that will satisfy your tastebuds.
