Teenage Food Saucerers Program – Savoury Saucerer

In this half day cooking class the Food Saucerers will learn how to create fine dining classic Italian dishes using the best local seasonal ingredients.
Using Nonna’s recipes, our resident fine dining chef, Jenette Goh (Ex Chloe’s) will put your teens through their paces making everything from scratch just as she was taught as an apprentice at one of Adelaide’s most respected restaurants. Included will be bread and pasta making as well as simple, but perfect sauces, salads, and of course an amazing dessert. Cost includes all ingredients, aprons, recipes, equipment and a 2-course lunch. Age suitability 12+.
