Learn how to cook successfully on the BBQ using both coals and gas, while matching proteins with different beverages in these hands-on classes. Chef Matt Douglas along with winemaker Matt O’Leary of Savitas wines, brewers from Big Shed Brewing Company and Damien Amery from SchuAM pork will be on hand to share their stories.
