The Tasting Australia Winter Series brings you a special Winter Garden and Larder dinner on Thursday July 29 where three of South Australia’s most exciting chefs will come together for one night only, to deliver a five-course winter warming dinner with matched wines.
Kane Pollard, of Topiary/Sol Restaurant, Clare Falzon of the Barossa’s Hentley Farm and Adam Bowden from the Adelaide Hills’ Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard, will create the menu the way it would have been done 100 years ago: using the whole animal and vegetable to minimise waste and respect our environment, sourcing what’s freshest from gardens and local communities – along with foraging – then accentuating these winter flavours with ingredients from the chefs’ larders, preserved from seasons past. Wines will be from Hentley Farm and Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard.
The dinner will be held at Plant 4 Bowden, on the beautiful mezzanine level, with an open kitchen so you’ll be able to watch the chefs at work.
