Bergamo-born head chef Gabriele Pezzimenti and his team will take you on a culinary journey through South Australia, with red wines from Barossa label Hentley Farm to complement each dish which will feature the best of meats including the coveted wagyu beef.
Guests will be treated to five courses while enjoying stories from Gabriele and the event’s produce suppliers, each reflecting South Australia’s rich food tapestry. Six exclusive chef’s table seats are also available for a more intimate look at kitchen craft.
A cheese course will round out the evening – expect notes from the cheesemakers, plus a matched wine. This Winter Series event will feature shared tables, a nod to family-style dining in Gabriele’s native Italy.
