We have gone back through the cellar and found these three single vineyard Barossa gems, 3 sub regions Lyndoch, Dorrien & St John’s make up the Estates of the Barossa collection showcasing exemplary Shiraz from diverse Barossa districts. Outstanding vineyards from each district were carefully selected by our winemakers to highlight the distinctive character of each unique terroir.

Served with a pot of braise lamb and sides, a real treat for your senses.
