The enchanting restaurant boasts a modern Australian cuisine with an ever-changing seasonal menu that is well balanced, innovative and features ethically farmed and sustainable South Australian produce, fresh vegetables and herbs harvested daily from the nearby 51-hectare Botanic Gardens kitchen garden. In an effort to minimise food wastage, the restaurant follows a “garden to plate” philosophy.
Diners can indulge in a 5 or 7 course delicious degustation menu structure with matching wines.
