Casa Carboni is an Italian Cooking School & Enoteca in the beautiful town of Angaston in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, just an hours drive from Adelaide’s CBD.
Weekly hands on Italian cooking classes featuring the best seasonal Barossa produce to create authentic regional Italian dishes. All classes include coffee, hands on tuition, four-course lunch, glass of wine and recipe booklet.
The Enoteca is open to the public for coffee, house made cakes and nougat, lunches Thursday to Sunday and dinner on Friday nights. Matteo prepares a limited daily menu with a focus on fresh pasta using local produce such as ravioli filled with Barossa Valley Cheese Company goats curd & swiss chard that is tossed in Paris Creek butter, fresh sage and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, a beautiful Barossan twist on a traditional dish from his homeland.
The Enoteca also offers beautiful homewares and gifts made in Australia and Europe, artisan made pantry goods & hand selected European wines.
