Garry and Sally of “Gally’s Meeting House” have been making sauces, jams and pickles for over 30 years. Using produce from our garden, or excess from friends.
Over the last 20 years we have been growing and buying fruit and vegetables to produce a range of produce for local markets in the Clare Valley.
We now produce up to 30 products on a regular basis, depending on seasonal conditions and abundance.
Our products are used in our Gally’s Meeting House, for dinners, lunches or breakfasts for guests.
Our bed and breakfast guests are treated to both jams and sauces with their breakfasts and buy are good proportion of our product.
You can also visit the Visitor Centres in either Clare or Burra or at some of the local produce markets.
