Set between a delightful lime grove and beautiful vineyards, The Currant Shed has a long and proud history, standing tall whilst weathering over a century of different guises.
Originally built as an undercover shelter in which to prepare and dry currants, the shed now housing the restaurant was reputedly the largest of its kind in the district.
With its inherent charm, long history and stunning views, and under the careful guidance of owners Hamish Maguire and Emily Dowie, another chapter is now being written.
