The Summertown Aristologist is a restaurant and natural wine bar offering small plates of food designed to share. Our menu focuses primarily on the vegetables we grow organically in our garden in Basket Range. We work with organic proteins from friends and source our seafood sustainably directly through our fishermen. Our kitchen and community work together to make charcuterie which is aged in our cellar. The flour for our sourdough is milled fresh every day. Our menu changes frequently based upon seasonality and availability and features ferments and preserves made by our kitchen to enhance flavour and aid digestibility. We want to create a beautiful world and we work hard to ensure we provide purity and nourishment. What really matters to us is the enjoyment of simple pleasures.
