The Fitness Hub, Kingston SE

Known locally as the Kingston Fitness Hub, is located at 51 james street, Kingston SE.

The Gym caters for most health and fitness enthusiasts with boxing bag and gloves, cable machines, squat rack, barbells, smith machine, all cardio machines, free weights and many bands, balls and extras. You name it and we got it!
We have almost anything you could want and need, to push out a great workout! Open all year round, with casual visits welcome, we also offer personal training and group training. There is onsite car parking, kids creche and wheelchair access.
