Low tides expose a nearby heritage-listed reef that provides a unique natural marine reserve, perfect for safe aquatic exploration.<\/p><p>More intrepid walkers can head for the river estuary and Onkaparinga River National Park.<\/p><p>The village itself provides great coffee and interesting shopping, along with a hint of what the old port would have looked like more than a century ago.<\/p><p>Don&#8217;t miss the nearby adventure playground &#8211; a fort-like construction that enthralls children with its mazes, towers and high walls.
