It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating, there is reverse cycle air conditioning and floor heating.

The lower level provides 2 double bedrooms that extend to the outdoors through large stacking sliding glass. The master bedroom features a large ensuite with floor heating. A generous study zone and a spacious bathroom also with floor heating, a frameless shower and an oversized tub are located on the ground level.
