Located in the heart of Derby, Brothers Town Cottage offers a country style two bedroom accommodation that sleeps up to eight people. We are a stone’s throw from the Ringarooma River and a short distance from the entrance to the world renowned Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails.
Brothers Town Cottage is located next to the recreation ground, so there is plenty to keep everybody entertained. With access to a tennis court and basketball court and kids playground nobody feels left out. The house sits on a large secure flat block with plenty of room to park multiple cars and trailers. The cottage is fully self contained with an outdoor deck to re-hydrate while cooking a barbecue after a day of riding. A safe and secure workshop with plenty of bike storage and a bike stand for repairs, outdoor bike wash area also on site.
Brothers Town Cottage is an ideal home base for mountain biking or as a getaway just to relax and unwind with family and friends.

Brothers Town Cottage offers a country cottage style two bedroom accommodation a stone’s throw from the Ringarooma River and entrance to the world renowned Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails. The main bedroom has a queen bed, electric blanket, side tables and lamps. The second bedroom has bunks and can sleep up to 6 adults or children. All bedding is supplied. Double pull out bed is also available in the far end of the lounge and will comfortably sleep 2 adults if required.
