Important: Buttongrass is a place to escape from the hassles of modern life for a few days. There is usually limited 240 volt electricity, enough to charge a mobile phone or camera but not sufficient to run a laptop computer for more than an hour a day.
Well appointed self contained eco-cabin. The spacious living/kitchen is flooded with light. Set in an expansive native buttongrass plain, every window frames a different picture.
The cabin has full gas range with oven, additional wood fired oven, quality utensils, pots, pans, knives, stirrers, baking trays etc. (but no 240 volt appliances), quality crockery and full sized refrigerator. There is a six-seat dining setting, laundry hand wash tub (no machine or iron), two queen beds plus two singles, two sofas, DVD player (but no television reception), indoor shower and composting toilet, bath is outdoors under the stars.
