This lovely 2 – bedroom cottage offers both quality and style, tucked away at the rear of a small, quiet cul-de-sac. The cottage is in Hobart’s most prestigious suburb of Sandy Bay 5 minutes from Hobart’s CBD. An easy walk or drive to some of Hobart’s top restaurants and shopping –Salamanca, Battery Point, CBD and of course Sandy Bay.

The home easily accommodates 4 people with two generous and well-appointed separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a single bed with a pull-out trundle. Both bedrooms are generous in size and feature built-in wardrobes. The kitchen offers plenty of bench space and a breakfast bar and leads onto the dining room. The living room is generous in size and has been recently re-carpeted, along with the bedrooms. It has got everything you need to relax after a long day of exploring.

Warm and cosy in winter and cool in Summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner. Designated off-street parking space adjacent to the cottage makes it extra convenient to check-in and to unpack the shopping. There is a great sunny rear garden for enjoying your meals or morning coffee. The linen we provide is supplied by our linen service. We supply high-quality linen including freshly laundered towels for each guest.
