Hagley RV Farm Stay is a four-acre, low-cost campground ($10 per vehicle per night) for self-contained RVs offering large, grassy, level sites with picturesque views of the magnificent Great Western Tiers. Located on a 50acre hobby farm in the heart of Hagley, conveniently on the touring route between Launceston (30km) and Devonport (70km) it makes a secure and ideal base for exploring the Meander Valley, Central Highlands, Launceston, Tamar River and surrounds.
Drinkable water is accessible from numerous taps around the campground. There is an onsite book and magazine exchange, tourist information, games, communal picnic tables and chairs beneath a shade sail, and a communal fire pit. You can help yourself to the vegetable/herb garden. Hagley RV Farm Stay welcomes pets and has a secure off-leash exercise yard. Campfires are permitted (unless Total Fire Ban declared by TFS). Firepots can be provided on request and wood & kindling packs are available for purchase at $10 for 20kg.
Added in 2020, The Happy Hour Shed, with its stunning Carousel Wood Heater, possesses a cosy ambiance where campers gather for happy hour around a campfire out of the elements.
