Three units located in the very heart of Derby provide a ride in, ride out experience to explore the Blue Derby trails.

Each unit sleeps eight guests and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an amazing view over the river.

Sun-filled open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area and lockable bike cages complete the units, which were built with the mountain bike rider in mind.

Heat pumps in all rooms and underfloor heating in each bathroom provide all year around comfort.

A communal bike maintenance shed and BBQ area provide other spaces to relax during your stay.
