This experience provides a sample of everything Tasmania has to offer – exceptional scenery, award winning wine and precious wildlife. The experience commences by travelling to the summit of Mt Wellington 1271 metres above the city of Hobart. Mt Wellington is officially known as kunanyi. On arrival at the summit you will have the opportunity to capture some spectacular panoramic views over southern Tasmania. Next stop is Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary a sanctuary for Tasmanian wildlife. At Bonorong you’ll have the opportunity to meet the Tasmanian devil, and stroll the sanctuary feeding kangaroos.
Final stop is Domaine Simha for a wine and cheese tasting. Domaine Simha’s cellar door is situated within the Brooke Street Pier ferry terminal overlooking the beautiful harbour of Hobart. Domaine Simha was founded at the edge of the world by Nav Singh and Louise Radman. An avant-garde approach shapes living wine relying on ancient knowledge and intuition.

This tour is for those looking for a more civilised approach to their pre-wedding celebration. Itineraries are tailored to suit the individual group requirements and can include wine, chocolate and cheese tastings, along with a vineyard lunch and or high tea. The options are endless, but we ensure the day will be stress free and value for money.

This tour allows you to enjoy sampling some of Tasmania’s best wine, chocolate and cheese, along with the opportunity to pick some fresh fruit directly from the farm. First stop is at Coal River Farm; Tasmania’s hub of handmade cheese, chocolate and farm grown berries and fruit. Riversdale Estate is our first wine tasting, the Estate family are the sixth generation to work and cultivate and have a love of the land. Next stop is Frogmore Creek Wines for a wine tasting and vineyard lunch consisting of seasonal produce accompanied with a glass of wine. Pooley Wines on the outskrits of the historic Richmond Village is the next stop for a wine tasting. The final stop on the tour takes us back to Hobart’s waterfront to Domaine Simha for a wine and cheese tasting. Domaine Simha’s cellar door is situated within the Brooke Street Pier ferry terminal overlooking the beautiful harbour of Hobart.
