Campo de Flori Lavender Tour

Food and Wine Tours

Campo de Flori Lavender Fields start to flower in Mid December in southern Tasmania and are abuzz with honey bees and bumblebees. Come see our lavender fields in bloom just as the harvest begins. Learn about our four different species of lavender that we grow on the farm and the difference between our culinary lavender and our aromatherapy lavender. Our Imperial Gem Culinary Lavender received the reserve champion at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, and the Tasmanian state Delicious Award. The tour will include some of our beautiful Huon Valley Lavender Tea and Lavender Biscuits made with our culinary lavender. If it’s a hot day we can even make you a sparkling lavender lemonade and a taste of our Lavender and Blueberry Ice Cream.
After the tour, you can browse through our farm gate shop to see if you can find any lavender treasures to take home. Tours run on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm and last approximately 1 hour.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, we can only accommodate 10 people at one time unless from the same family group/car.
We can accommodate other times and days by appointment. Must book at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds will only be given 24 hours before the booking date.
We hope you can join us on your Southern Edge Tasmania Journey.
