Artefacts

Artefacts is an Art collective established in 1986 run by local artists. It is located in Salamanca Arts Centre Battery Point, Hobart in the Alcoves.

There are currently six member artists whose artwork includes watercolour landscape paintings, sterling silver jewellery, penliner /watercolour artwork, woollen felt bags, gouache/watercolour artwork and raku and barrel fired ceramics.

Salamanca Arts Centre is the art heart of Hobart and visitors flock to the centre and the famous Salamanca Markets whenever they find themselves in Tasmania.
