Natural Attractions

Loved by locals and visitors, this popular little bay is a delightful stop. The walk itself is 20 minutes return but you will want to take longer because when you get there, you’ll want to spend some time exploring.

Sleepy Bay is a beautiful little bay with a gravel beach, encrusted with the orange lichen rocks that the East Coast is so well known for.

While the track is short, it is steep in parts and a little rough underfoot so good footwear is recommended. Grade 3.
