Our distillery is currently under renovation until mid-2024, so you can find us for tasings and bottle sales at Cascade Brewery, Australia’s oldest operating brewery. Walk-ins are welcome, and bookings are available via our website.
Sullivans Cove Distillery is Australia’s premier producer of single malt whisky. Established in 1994, Sullivans Cove is one of Australia’s oldest single malt distilleries, producing hand-crafted, single cask, single malt whiskies from 100% Tasmanian ingredients. Having won three “World’s Best” titles at the World Whiskies Awards, Sullivans Cove is also Australia’s most highly-awarded whisky distillery.
