Our 5 Day/6 Night and 6 Day/7 Night Motorcycle Adventure riding guided tours are all about experiencing Tasmania and combining it with the simple joy of motorcycling. We cater for all skill levels, as long as you’re comfortable riding on gravel roads you will be just fine.
Our Adventure rides combine sensational twisting tarmac, gravel forestry roads, the odd goat track and everything in between. It’s not a full on enduro thrash but rather an exploration of roads and places you simply wouldn’t find by yourself.
We will have you winding through endless corners, up and over hills and mountains in the morning and then cruising wide-open sweepers beside the ocean in the afternoon. And the best part is there is virtually no other traffic.
But simply having great motorcycling roads doesn’t make a memorable tour. We need to combine the riding with the fantastic local foods, wines and beers Tasmania is so famous for. And that’s exactly what we do here at Tasmanian Motorcycle Tours. We guide you along the best bike roads, we make sure you sample the freshest seafood, try the most tender of steaks, sip the finest cool climate wines, and wash the dust out with the best beers Tassie can offer. We promise great riding, great food, great accommodation and lots of laughs!

This ride is all about the back roads and the hidden surprises that you simply wouldn’t find on your own. We take a clockwise loop around the State, starting and finishing in Launceston. The difference between this ride and our 6 Night, 5 Day ride, is this ride includes a visit to Strahan. The riding days are pretty full with a variety of terrain, but at the end of each day, you’ll have the chance to wash the dust away with a cleansing ale (or a wonderful Tasmanian wine) and re-live the highlights with a group of like-minded riders. Each night you’ll stay in quality accommodation and enjoy excellent food to ensure you wake up refreshed and ready to tackle another day of two-wheeled exploring.
The last night of the tour involves dinner and a light-hearted ‘Awards Ceremony’. If you fell off or did something silly, expect to be the recipient of an award! Be warned, good-natured banter and lots of laughing are highly encouraged on our tours. Accommodation on the last night is included. Fly home early the next day or kick back a relax a bit longer in Launceston.
