Drink Tasmania Up! will introduce you to over 30 unique drinks across five gorgeous venues – Sparkling, Reds, Whites, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Ciders, Ales, Fruit Brandy and more.
Each tasting comes to life in beautiful country settings – all in Hobart’s backyard.
The venues we visit have collectively won numerous awards, and many of their labels have loyal followings, often selling out very quickly upon release. Maybe you will have a wow! moment and purchase a bottle or two – often hard to resist.
You will enjoy visiting Richmond and New Norfolk as part of the tour, with the beautiful Derwent River and serene rural landscapes a gorgeous backdrop to the day.
Through expert guiding you will learn a little about the history and characters to form a positive connection and enhance the delicious food and drink.
Tastings at each venue are included. Lunch is a cheese platter including three local cheeses, olives and bread served with wine in an 1820’s cottage.
The final venue is a micro-brewery that will be getting busy with locals – a joyful end to a wonderful day.

A lovely drive through picturesque Tasmanian countryside and 4.5 hours of hiking/nature time within the National Park – ample time to enjoy the very best of our World Heritage listed Park.
This tour is unique because it gives you a full day inside one of Australia’s – and the world’s, most beautiful National Parks, as a day tour from Hobart.
That means one big day – perhaps an add on to your holiday or business trip based out of Hobart, efficient and focused just on Cradle Mountain NP without all of the meandering and fluff. And no extra accommodation is required – just a day pack. We start early at 6 am and return to Hobart 9 pm.
Included in your ticket is entry to Cradle Mountain National Park and a shuttle bus transfer to Dove Lake.
