Challenge yourself on Hobart’s first iconic sea to summit hike from the the shores of the Derwent to the alpine summit of kunanyi / Mt Wellington.
A small guided walking experience on kunanyi / Mt Wellington with specialist interpretation of the natural and cultural values, fully catered with gourmet local produce.

This tour is a series of short leisurely walks, taking in the beautiful Silver Falls, the mighty Octopus Tree, the fascinating stories of the Springs and finishing with epic views from the pinnacle. A great collection of some of kunanyi / Mt Wellington’s gems.

Carpark Family Friendly Public Toilet

A spectacular loop walk starting at the Springs, half way up the mountain. Walk through eucalyptus forest, past boulder fields and find yourself at an abandoned ice house ruin. Continue uphill and cross an alpine boulder field before arriving at the pinnacle. Enjoy a well deserved break before descending down the spectacular Zig Zag track alongside the amazing dolerite cliffs of the Organ Pipes. This walk has it all – forest, history, views and awesome geology!
