These are personalised experiences where visitors are involved in ‘Meet the maker’ activities on a working vineyard.

Lynda and Paul (the owners take you on a tour of the property where they will talk about and demonstrate how wobbly Boot became a wildlife sanctuary. Find out more about the resident platypus, Bennetts wallabies, Tasmanian pademelons, wombats and echidnas. Lynda and Paul (the owners) take you on a tour of Elsa’s and Maeve’s Vineyards where they will chat about their philosophy and how the grapes are grown. We begin in the vines with either a sparkling wine or a mulled Pinot Noir to find out what makes Tasmanian wines so special. We then move into the cellar door to sample some of Tasmania’s best wines from boutique vineyards.
